Event description
This workshop is about Annuals and Perennials and how to grow them in your garden to bring joy, colour, and love.

About this Event

Dianellas are loved by the Blue Banded Bee and other native bees. Butterflies love the Rottnest Island Daisy. All sorts of insects love the warm weather loving Swan River Daisy. Watch small birds dancing around in the garden amongst these mauve to blue coloured flowers.

Western Wildflower Gardens run these Propagation Annuals and Perennial Workshops to spread the knowledge of growing our beautiful Western Australian Wildflowers.

Hazel and Sue Dempster invite you to come and get your hands dirty and prick out seedlings, sow seeds, and join in the laughter and fun of propagation. You will not leave empty handed. In supporting the growth of our unique wildflowers, you will go home with 5 tubes which have been pricked, seeded, and packed.

Hazel Dempster is a well known propagator of all things wildflowers, and continues today to find beautiful garden wildflowers. Learn how she had collected and propagated these 3 wonderful annuals and perennials for the garden.

Sue Dempster has been an educator of Western Australian Wildflowers since 2003 where she organised and ran the 'Four Season Seminars' . These workshops were leading industry and domestic workshops on how to grow WA plants in landscapes and gardens successfully.

If you have more questions, Sue can be contacted through 0427477090. You can also contact us via email - events@westernwildflowergardens.com.au

See you at the workshop!
