About this event
Project My Turn programs aim to develop skills for living a fulfilling life in people aged 15 years plus - ideal for people keen to develop independence and lasting friendships.
Each group of participants create their own program with us!
With dozens of mini workshops to choose from, no two programs will be the same.

- Self-advocacy
- Social Awareness
- Online Safety
- Understanding your money
- Community involvement
- Work readiness skills
You choose 1 or 2 days per week
Available Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:30am - 2:00pm
NDIS Fee: In line with NDIS price guide
LUNCH:
Participants are asked to bring their own packed lunch and drink bottle. Local facilities available to purchase meals.
TRANSPORT:
If you require assistance with transport to and from the program, please contact our office on 08 8382 8219 to organise additional support.
MEDICATION:
If you require medication to be administered during the program a Medication form provided by LLS, MUST be completed by your GP prior to the event.
Medication MUST be in a labelled container with required dose ONLY. (Your chemist can assist with this)
FEES:
Delivered as Program of Support, offering the program at a term rate for 8 weeks each term.

COVID NOTES:
As per SA Health Restrictions and Responsibilities, the following measures are now in place for all programs with Legacy Lifestyle Supports.
All adults are required to COVID check in when arriving at the LLS office. QR code and manual check in will be made available to all participants.
Included will be extensive cleaning of all equipment and services used.
Hand hygiene will be closely monitored with observations by all staff. Hand sanitiser will be available.
Masks will be made available for all Participants and Staff in line with current COVID state requirements.
1.5M social safe distance Recommendation: Physical Distance of all workers and participants will also be in place and properly monitored by LLS Staff.
