Project Management...for the manageable, timely and successful completion of workplace projects.
Public sector organisations are increasingly providing services through projects. Developing and managing a project requires knowledge and skill in understanding project methodology, frameworks for scoping and designing work breakdown, some technical processes and techniques, and most importantly, the ability to manage various stakeholders using appropriate interpersonal, organisational and political skills. This increased focus on projects also requires changes in management cultures and organisational leadership.
CLM project management programs provide practical tools, checklists and templates for project briefing, planning and implementation.
Day 1: April 27th, 9am - 4pm
Day 2: May 11th, 9am - 4pm
