- Why the rail industry has chosen to standardise the way parts / components and assets are identified and marked within the supply chain
- How data capture technologies can improve the efficiency of current paper-based processes in rail supply chains
- The benefits that GS1 standards can enable not only for individual business but the industry as a whole
- Traceability and what it means for the rail industry, when GS1 standards are implemented
- What are the next steps for your business, moving forward with implementation?
Who should attend:
- Account or product managers
- Asset or inventory managers
- Maintenance and repair managers
- Those involved in inventory from a systems point of view
- Any employee with an interest in the identification and marking of parts / components and assets.
