• Why the rail industry has chosen to standardise the way parts / components and assets are identified and marked within the supply chain
• How data capture technologies can improve the efficiency of current paper-based processes in rail supply chains
• The benefits that GS1 standards can enable not only for individual business but the industry as a whole
• Traceability and what it means for the rail industry, when GS1 standards are implemented
• What are the next steps for your business, moving forward with implementation?

• Account or product managers
• Asset or inventory managers
• Maintenance and repair managers
• Those involved in inventory from a systems point of view
• Any employee with an interest in the identification and marking of parts / components and assets.
