Event description

Description

The Project Catalyst Annual Forum is a highly anticipated networking event for sugarcane growers, industry and service providers, from across the three partner regions of Mackay Whitsunday, the Burdekin and Wet Tropics.

An opportunity to learn from researchers, share knowledge and discuss new ideas, the forum also allows us to thank Project Catalyst growers for their determination, dedication, enthusiasm and enquiring minds. Their innovation has achieved excellent results over the last 11 years, inspiring broad adoption of trialed practices.

In Mackay the program will include agricultural leaders, and scientific experts who’ll provide a glimpse of what the future holds to assist you in creating a reef legacy. The growing Catalyst family celebrates the achievements of participants and invites each of you to identify potential candidates, to join us in our efforts to improve water quality, increase productivity and be more sustainable for future generations.

Meet us at the Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre (MECC) located at 258 Alfred St, Mackay QLD 4740.

Monday February 24 to Tuesday February 25, 2020!

An early check-in & Welcome Function will be held Sunday afternoon (February 23) between 5pm and 7.30pm for those eager to reconnect.

We encourage the participation of new industry sponsors and growers, so please keep an eye on your emails for your official invitation, it holds the unique code to register.

If you have not received your invitation, or you’d like to invite someone, please contact Joanne on 4968 4216.
