Attend the Professional Coach Training Program (Intensive) in Perth and receive expert tuition in how to coach ethically and responsibly to international standards. Our experienced AIPC Coach Instructor will share her coaching journey with you and you become part of the AIPC coaching community. After the workshop you can immediately use your coaching skills to communicate more effectively, build more collaborative and supportive relationships with others, and network more successfully within your personal and professional circles.
For some people, finding time to continue your personal and professional development is hard. There’s always issues at work which require your attention and distract you from the things you really want to do. Here’s an opportunity for you to leave work behind and focus on what you want to achieve, for yourself, your career or business. Giving yourself the gift of 3 days face-to-face workshop training means that you can return to work confident in the knowledge that you understand yourself and others better, and have the skills to coach others towards greater self-awareness and insight, more effective problem-solving, increased motivation and commitment to achieve goals.
Students who are enrolled in one of the AIPC coaching courses generally commence their study 2-3 months beforehand so that they gain some background knowledge about coaching and complete some assessments before they start the workshop. During the workshop they have the opportunity to demonstrate their coaching skills and receive expert feedback on their coaching ability and ways to improve. By the end of the workshop they may be considered “competent” in their coaching practice; if “not yet competent” they continue their coaching practice after the workshop and submit coach recordings until they get it right.
