Join us for the first ever PTTP long table event on The Farm!
Guest chef for our first event is Thomas Dicker, the former head chef and co-owner of two acclaimed restaurants: Angasi at Binalong Bay and Drift Café Restaurant in Devonport. Tom is now the live in chef at the Bay of Fires Bush Retreat. Tom is passionate about quality Tasmanian produce and his relaxed nature is reflected in his cooking style.
At this event you will learn about Produce to the People, touring the farm grounds, foraging for produce and Tom will show you how to cook with fire – lamb &/or chicken and how to smoke fish.
We will then all sit down together to enjoy the spoils. Your lunch will be accompanied by carefully selected Tasmanian wines.
All food, wine and cooking techniques are included.
$180 pp + processing fee
