Event description

Description

Kombucha, water kefir and milk kefir are ancient drinks that contain abundant living healthy bacteria - or probiotics.

Described as an 'Immortal Health Elixir' by the Chinese over 2000 years ago, Kombucha is believed to help to restore and maintain our gut microflora which is linked to enhanced digestion, improved mental health and increase immunity.

With delicious tailored flavours - raspberry and passionfruit, pineapple and coconut, dragonfruit and orange, kombucha and water kefir are also the perfect alternative to sugary soft drinks.

Whether you are brand new to the health drink craze, have dabbled in fermenting before, or are finding that kombucha is too expensive to buy, we have lots of new ideas and information presented in this half-day workshop.

Join us for a day out away from the busy city hustle in a peaceful setting to learn all about these delicious drinks and take home everything you need to get started at home.
