Jason discusses the journey of the PepsiCare program at the Tingalpa site. Learn the tricks and tools used to overcome the challenges faced by Jason to get ‘proactive’ up and running in a large site that is part of a multinational business. The success of the program is outstanding: a 74% reduction in injuries since 2010.
