Pricing Strategy for Disruption: Learn the craft of Strategic Pricing in a disrupted virtual market with:

  • Real competitors and multi-attribute products
  • Multiple segments with differing price sensitivities and preferences
  • Dynamic and complex market and cost structures.

Optimise sales, inventory, head count, and production.

Deploy business and pricing strategies to deliver business objectives and outsmart the competition.

The event is kindly being sponsored by Inovyse Consulting and hosted by Pricing Network (a volunteer organisation aiming to build a community of Pricing professionals). The day is offered at a fraction of its $3k / person cost in order to help further refine the simulation. It offers tremendous value and places are strictly limited to 16 places (8 teams of 2 people).

Anyone who touches pricing in their organisations, whether they be Pricing, Sales or Finance are welcome to attend. Mixed composition teams (e.g. Pricing + Sales) are encouraged.

Outcomes and capabilities that will be covered include:

Please bring your own laptop and charger with MS Excel installed. Catering is NOT included, time will be made available to visit nearby cafes.
