Bring your pre-schooler and enjoy some great stories read by our enthusiastic staff.

About this event

Bring your preschooler along for a free specially designed tour of the Waterhouse Natural Science Art Prize focusing on what the art looks like, what it represents and what it is made of. The tour is followed by stories and songs related to nature. And, to wrap up, a small craft project themed around insects!

For ages 3–6. Children are to be accompanied by an adult. To adhere to COVID-19 regulations, we ask that each child is accompanied by a maximum of one (1) adult. Please note that you only need to reserve a ticket for the child. For example, if you are attending with one child, you would book one ticket.

This program is presented in line with COVID-19 regulations and guidelines.

The Waterhouse Natural Science Art Prize is a travelling exhibition developed by the South Australia Museum.

As well as preserving our history, the National Archives plays a key role in helping to ensure the Australian Government and its departments are effective and accountable to the people.
