About this Event
A new unique workshop has been created to showcase the premium meats served in Amber. In groups up to ten, Parveen our Amber Head Chef will take you on a journey to share his knowledge about premium cuts of meat. Diners will learn about grass-fed and grain-fed Tajima Wagyu at different levels of marbling, firmness, colour and overall quality with MBS8+ being the highest.

- Signature Amber cocktail on arrival
- Taste six different premium cuts of meat
- One course meal of your choice from our à la carte menu with matching wine
