Description

knowmore legal service, in collaboration with Community Legal Centres WA and the Employment Law Centre, would like to invite you to attend a complimentary screening of the documentary Ghosthunter.

This will be followed by a panel discussion and Q&A, which will provide the opportunity to explore the themes covered in the film.

On this panel will be: Warren Strange, Executive Officer from knowmore legal service, Craig Hughes-Cashmore, Director of Survivors & Mates Support Network (SAMSN) and member of the Prime Minister's reference committee for the national apology, and Jackie Turnure, award winning Impact Producer, who worked on the film Ghosthunter.

Light refreshments will be served before and after the screening.

Ghosthunter follows the story of a Western Sydney security guard searching for answers about his absent father and grappling with complex issues around his traumatic childhood. His story capture the journey of heartbreak and healing so relevant to many of those seeking compassion, justice and support.

In anticipation of re-opening an office in Perth, we would like to invite people working in legal and support services along with law students interested in the work of community legal centres, to attend this event.
