Prelim Physics – Year 11 Kickstarter [IN-PERSON]
Event Information
About this Event
In this Year 11 Kickstarter Workshop, we’re going to help you master key challenging areas from Year 10 and get a headstart on the Year 11 Physics syllabus!
In this 2.5 hour workshop during the school holidays, our Head of Science, Adrian will help you:
- Review motion of objects and energy conservation from Year 10
- Get an introduction to vectors in Year 11 Physics Module 1
- Apply these concepts to the Prelim HSC syllabus and learn how to solve exam style questions!
Why is it important to master this now?
These are foundational concepts in HSC Physics. Don’t continue into Year 11 with gaps in your understanding – it’s going to make the Prelim HSC course a lot more challenging. This workshop therefore will help you build a strong foundation so you can excel in your Prelim HSC, while also getting you started on the Year 11 material so you’re ready to hit the ground running next term!
What’s included?
- 2.5-hour workshop run by our Head of Sciences, Adrian
- Small personalised class – so you’re not one of 100 students in a big lecture room and can stay COVID-19 safe. We cap our F2F session at our campus at 8 students maximum.
- Lesson notes and practice questions to help you master Year 11 Physics.
+ as a BONUS you receive free attendance in Week 1 and 2 of Term 1 at Art of Smart’s weekly Year 11 Physics classes! (valued at $200)
