Each week, we come together to:

✨ Breathe deeply to regulate the nervous system and create spaciousness
✨ Experience sound healing with crystal bowls and calming frequencies
✨ Connect inward to your intuition and your baby
✨ Build community with other women on the same journey
This practice is designed to support emotional balance, physical ease, deep relaxation, and a stronger bond with your inner being and your baby.
Every session is soft, spacious, and accessible — no yoga experience needed.
