Description

Meditation for Pregnancy classes are designed for women in all stages of pregnancy. Suitable for those with or without prior meditation experience, classes aim to provide you with practical skills to calm the mind, and relax the body. By providing you with techniques that you can incorporate into your day-to-day life, you may find that you are more able to focus on the excitement and joy of what awaits!

Classes involve both meditation/mindfulness practices, and space for discussion/information around pregnancy and birth.

CLASS SCHEDULE:

**Sundays from 3PM to 4PM**

Week One - Sunday 13th October
Week Two - Sunday 20th October
Week Three - Sunday 27th October
Week Four - Sunday 10th November
Week Five - Sunday 17th November
Week Six - Sunday 24th November

PLEASE NOTE: NO CLASS HELD ON SUNDAY 3rd November (Melbourne Cup Long Weekend

If you are an emergency services worker (paramedic, police officer, or firefighter) you can attend free of charge. Please contact me direct to secure your place.
