During this class our physiotherapist will guide you with safe exercises to improve your strength, flexibility and muscle tone.

This class is only available for women who are giving birth at King Edward Memorial Hospital and have a valid Medicare card. There is no charge for the class, however, there is an entry fee of $6.60 to the pool at Lord's Recreation Centre.

When you attend your first class, you will need to bring a consent form signed by your Doctor or midwife stating that your pregnancy is low risk and it is safe for you to exercise. Please ensure you cancel your booking if you are unable to attend, to allow others to participate, as numbers are restricted. If you book and do not attend twice, you will be ineligible to take part in future sessions.
