About this event
The session will deliver essential information on:
• 2020-2021 broadacre cropping findings – cotton, hemp, sesame, sorghum, maize, mung beans and peanuts.
• Integrated Pest Management and cotton myBMP.
• Introduction to the value of LiDAR in agriculture and recent project results.
• The soon to be launched Northern grower guide.
• Panel discussions
Information will be delivered by a range of experts, including growers, NT Farmers, DITT extension officers and independent researchers.
Workshops will be held at:
- Katherine Research Station, Thursday 2nd December from 1pm
A light lunch will be provided prior to the information sessions. Presentations will conclude at 4pm This will be followed by a networking BBQ and drinks. Drinks are kindly provided by Vanderfield.
The information sessions will be an excellent opportunity to prepare for the upcoming season and to meet the NT Farmers and the DITT team.
