Making better use of evidence to give families what they need to succeed
This breakfast event will feature the latest thinking from the Parenting Research Centre on how to achieve evidence-based practice in child and family services.
Children and families deserve access to programs and interventions that have been shown to work, yet significant practical hurdles still exist to realising the vision of evidence-based practice at a policy and service level.
This event for policy makers and organisational leaders is an opportunity to:
- Hear a fresh perspective on using evidence better to benefit children and families
- Re-examine your own thinking about improving outcomes for children
- Listen to sector leaders discuss the barriers to – and enablers of – change.
