Join us for our kick-off to MMFN Conversations – a series of online events to support your mental wellbeing. Everyone is welcome!
In our first event you will learn 5 scientifically proven (and simple!) ways to:
• Experience more positive emotions on a regular basis
• Boost your overall health and wellbeing through positive relationship
• 'Find your flow' through meaning, mindfulness and self-mastery
This session will be especially helpful for anyone who's struggling with the return to 'normal' or anyone who's after a few tips on how to boost their happiness levels on a daily basis. You will also receive a wellbeing planner so you can track your progress and new habits after the session.
