Digital Marketing Seminar

Following on from the Initial Digital Workshop, "Understanding the complexities of the digital landscape for disability service providers", the 2nd instalment of this programme will expand on digital concepts initally covered.

In addition it will offer insights relating to new NDIS roll out areas, understaning what LAC's are currently experiencing in the market in order to adapt your targeting messages and 3 main marketing concepts to attract NDIS consumers to your business.

Topics covered will be:

1) Insights to effectively market and target your audience

2) Local Area Co-ordinators direct feedback relating to their consumers (NDIS recepients). What is their process?

3) How you can leverage insights from an industry expert in the disablitly sector, relating to current challenges particpants are experiencing trying to find service providers in their area.

4) What digital applications I need to use and how to use them, to attract NDIS customers.

5) How do I manage my Frontline Marketing (online reputation). What are the best methods adn why?

6) Practical tips on how to calculate return on investment to align with marketing objectives.
