Power Yoga and Chill
Join Acupuncturists Dr Tory Giles and Dr Phoebe Sparrow along with Yoga Teacher Kacey Smith for a transformative afternoon of Power Yoga followed by crystal meditation and group acupuncture.
This event will be all about clearing out the physical and emotional cobwebs, moving from a state of stagnation to a state of flow.
This day is for you if you feel like
- You are in need of an energizing yoga flow
- Your body and energy feels a bit stuck
- Two hours of self care is exactly what you need
- You keep coming up against the same road blocks
You will be taken through a strong and invigorating Vinyasa yoga practice, working up a sweat before you settle in for a deep dive of your mind, body and spirit using acupuncture, crystals and essential oils. You will leave with a sense of calm, clarity and flow.

We provide warm tea, bolsters, yoga mats, crystals and blocks.
We also recommend bringing along your favourite rug to snuggle under and a little pillow to pop under your head if you like (both for the meditation and acupuncture session).
