Power of Music Variety Concert
Sat. 3 June 2017, 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm AEST
We’ve all experienced strong memories and emotions when we hear a particular song or piece of music. You are instantly reminded of a special person, a memory or an event either happy or sad. That is the power of music and it can have a profound effect on you.
On Saturday 3 June Palliative Care ACT will be holding the inaugural Power of Music Variety Concert. The evening will feature our very own Palliative Care Singers and one of Australia’s most highly regarded and versatile singers, Louise Page OAM. We will also have a wide variety of local choirs and singers performing on the night.
The concert will be held at the Canberra Southern Cross Club and our compere for the evening will be Genevieve Jacobs.
Proceeds from the event will go towards the work of Palliative Care ACT. For more information on the work we do visit the Palliative Care ACT website – www.pallcareact.org.au
The venue will be set in cabaret style with tables of 8. Tickets will be allocated.
