Join us Janruary for a 4-week Postnatal Reformer Pilates course at Hot Yoga Dublin Pilates Studio, led by experienced Stott trained instructor Lisa Phillips. Designed specifically for new mums, this series supports your physical recovery, core strength, and well-being in a supportive and baby-friendly environment.

Important Note:While your baby is welcome and encouraged to attend, they must remain safely in a carry tot or buggy throughout the session. For your comfort and their safety, babies are not permitted on or near the Reformer during class.
