Event description

I believe that your best tomorrow depends on how well you master leadership today.

Your challenge is knowing what's best for you amongst more leadership theories and models than you can poke a stick at!

Over the past 30 years of working with leaders worldwide I've seen real leadership change dramatically.

I've summarised the changes into 5 interconnected roles pictured below.

Together I name them Possibility Leadership. How bright is your star shining?

I present this as a model yet what I'm really about is proven principles that you can apply in your own best way.

There's lots of advisors, coaches, consultant's and mentors suggesting their way is the way for you. I'm not one of these people, rather I'm a teacher of principles and a mentor who works with leaders to personally apply the principles.

This online seminar continues the following tradition:

What I say is important, yet nowhere near as important as what you hear yourself say to yourself, who you become and then do your own unique work.

This online seminar uses Zoom technology and is provided complimentary so that you can decide if working together might be an option for you.

There will be no sell in this seminar whatsover. To learn more about my programs on offer visit here for the fast track program and here for an example of the long version. There's special offers available for people who schedule a program before 31st January 2020. At both links there's a one page performance possibility pulse check that you can download to glean deeper insight into possiblity leadership.

Be remarkable.

Ian adds value & depth to structure, people development, meetings and conversations. Mentoring sessions are always enlightening and solutions based. For any business that is needing to thrive through change, Ian can offer a range of tools to support this with a humanised approach.

Narelle Mason, Finance Accountant/Enterprise Manager, Ballarat and Queen's Anglican Grammar School

At the start of 2015 it became clear on the road ahead for my business we were facing some serious challenges.

We had just purchased the Budget franchise and were experiencing inconsistent business results, some big rental agency changes, and some poor staff attitudes had crept in.

I had heard Ian speak at a function in 2014 and I had been impressed with the message of his talk that day.

Ian has worked as a mentor to me for the last 14 months. He's also run sessions and worked 1:1 with my staff.

We've made several small shifts in how we conduct our business that have made a significant difference with my key people, how we work, and to our results.

Darren Rix, Franchisee Avis Ballarat & Western Victoria, Budget Ballarat & Bendigo
