About this Event

What is a mindset? Why are they important to understand? Why do they matter?

This 90-minute webinar will explore the concept of mindsets and why they help us succeed at work. Research shows us that there are certain mindsets that allow us to be at our best at work and to show up in a way that means we can remain positive for ourselves and others.

A mindset is a mental attitude created by what we are taught and what we experience. It serves as a lens through which we make sense of and respond to the world. In this session participants will have the opportunity to explore their own mindsets and reflect on how these may be impacting their ‘best self’ at work.

By participating in this webinar you will:

  • understand the importance of recognising your mindset
  • unpack when your mindsets may be a barrier
  • learn how to shift your mindset when it is proving to be a barrier
  • learn about the mindsets that will set you up for success.
