Families Tasmania is excited to share a month of family fun and connection each Thursday in May!

Thursday 5th - Try out our Stretch & Sing class as you playfully connect with your child through movement and song.

Thursday 12th - Come along for a relaxed and slow moving Rhyme & Storytime session. Rhymes, songs and stories for play, settling, transitions and sleep.

Thursday 19th - A practical workshop exploring some mindfulness strategies.

Thursday 26th - A singing circle followed by a tasty Family Food Patch morning tea. Lots of free recipe cards to take home.
