Event description

Description

This half-day interactive masterclass is designed for managers and HR practitioners responsible for policies in their workplace.

CCER’s Employment Relations Specialists, Carolyn Synnott and Emma Howden, will facilitate discussion about the purpose of policies and provide guidelines for their development.

Prior to the workshop, we’ll be seeking policies from your organisation:

  • Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination/Appropriate Workplace Behaviour
  • Managing Conduct and Performance/Disciplinary
  • Workplace Complaints

During the masterclass, a selection of these documents can then be discussed in small groups, reviewed for compliance and best practice, and benchmarked against peers.

  • Registration will be available 4 weeks prior to each workshop.
  • Some training courses may incur a fee. The fee will be advised on the registration page.
