Charlie is a brewing industry legend. Amongst his many, many credits he is a trainer of brewers and author of such classic books as Grape versus Grain, Tap into the Art and Science of Brewing and Beer is Proof God Loves Us. Beyond that, he is a great bloke. This is your chance to have a beer with Charlie, as well as Pete and Matt, and ask him everything you wanted to know about the art and science of beer.
