- Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email including your PDF ticket from Eventbrite on behalf of Pitch™ Music & Arts Festival.

Does my name need to be on the ticket?
Yes. To ensure the validity of the ticket, we require your name to be on your ticket. At the event, security will check to ensure your name on your ID matches the name on your ticket. Please note that names only need to be on tickets purchased online. If you purchase a hard copy ticket from a promoter, your name does not need to be on it.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
Yes. Name changes will be available through our website from Dec 15th. Please note that name changes will incur an admin fee. *Name changes have now closed. If you can no longer attend Pitch and have not processed a name change, you cannot pass your ticket onto anyone else.*
Is camping included in my ticket?
Yes, free onsite camping is included in the ticket price. All camping add-ons such as Electric City and Lux Camp will need to be purchased in addition to a festival ticket.
Do I have to buy a car pass?
No. Provided all guests in a vehicle have a valid festival ticket no car pass is needed.
My friend has a ticket that looks different to mine, is that okay?
Yes. Due to the various means of attaining a Pitch™ ticket, yours may look different to others. Please ensure it is barcoded and branded by Eventbrite and if in doubt purchase online through the Pitch™ website.
If I have a different ticket to my friends, can I still camp with them?
No, cars will be allocated to campsite areas according to the passes they have. Eg. Electric City Pass, Glamping Pass or General Camping. Please ensure all cars in your convoy have the same pass - For example, if your friends are staying in a glamping tent but you are not, then you cannot camp with them.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?
There is a limit of 6 tickets per transaction.
Wristbands at the event?
You will be issued a wristband when you get your ticket scanned at the festival. There are no replacements for lost wristbands; the only way they can be removed is with scissors. Wristbands will not be replaced and cannot be transferred to friends.
Replacing lost tickets?
If you cannot find your online ticket that you purchased, contact Eventbrite here. If you have purchased a hard ticket through a promoter you must treat this ticket as if it were cash. There are no replacements on hard copy tickets.

Does my upgrade ticket include my festival pass?
No. Powered camping and glamping tickets do not include your festival pass. You can purchase your festival ticket here.
Do I need to provide the names of everyone in my Glamping tent?
Yes. To ensure the validity of the ticket, we require all names of guests to be on your ticket. At the event, security will check to ensure your name on your ID matches the name on your ticket.
What if I don't have all my guests' names confirmed yet?
You can still purchase the tent/tipi, simply input your name for every unconfirmed guest and you may change the name on the tickets for free by contacting hello@pitchfestival.com.au
One of the guests in my Glamping tent/tipi can no longer come, can I change the name of one of the guests?
Yes. You can change the name of the guests staying in your tent/tipi for free. To do this, contact hello@pitchfestival.com.au and we can do it for you.
My friends have also purchased a Glamping tipi/tent, how can we camp next to them?
After purchasing your package, A member of the Pitch team will contact you. Provide us with the name/email of one of your friends staying in another tent and we will do our best to put you together. Please note this is not guaranteed.
What does a Pitch Basic Bell Tent include?
Includes spacious canvas bell tent, comfort air mattress, cotton bedding and doona, lighting, pillows, power, secure padlock and access to all premium amenities (showers + toilets).
What does a Pitch Pimped Bell Tent include?
Includes: spacious 5m x 5m canvas bell tent, deluxe raised foam mattress, deluxe linen and bedding, bath towels, tent furnishings, lighting, pillows, power, secure padlock and access to all premium amenities (showers + toilets)
What does a Pitch Pimped Tipi include?
Includes large high ceiling tipi, raised deluxe futon double beds, cotton bedding, lighting, pillows, power, secure padlock and access to luxury camping amenities.
What does Pitch Powered Camping ticket include?
You will be provided with 1 x 240v 10amp power outlet (same as what you would have in your home). You will need to bring extension leads (recommended larger than 10m) + power boards in order to run multiple devices from you outlet.
Do I need to provide the names of everyone camping on my powered campsite?
No. You only need to purchase one ticket per campsite. This ticket allows for a maximum of 1 car and 5 people per site.
I've purchased 1 powered campsite for 5 friends however we're arriving in more than 1 car. What happens with our other cars?
1 powered site allows a maximum of 1 car and 5 people per site. All other cars will need to be parked in the allocated car park and you will need to walk your camping gear from there to your powered campsite.
I've purchased multiple powered campsites with my friends, how can we camp together?
In order to have multiple powered campsites next to each other and camp with your friends, you need to all arrive to the festival together. If you are separated from your friends as you enter the festival, there will be a waiting bay where you can regroup with your friends before entering the camping grounds.
Do we need to bring power boards and extension leads?
Yes. You will be provided with 1 x 240v 10amp power outlet (same as what you would have in your home). You will need to bring extension leads (recommended larger than 10m) + power boards in order to run multiple devices from you outlet.

Please ensure all cars in your convoy have the same pass - For Example if you have a Glamping ticket and your friends have a general festival ticket with no add-ons, then your friends will need to purchase Gamping tickets to be able to camp with you.
