About this Event
This Pilates class is low-impact, focusing on flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. The exercises are performed with an emphasis on: precision technique; balanced postural alignment; core strength; controlled flowing movements; and using breath to center the mind.
Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
Suitable for beginners to advanced.
We recommend wearing activewear or comfortable clothing for this class.
All equipment is provided.
