In particular, Pilates helps strengthen the deep torso and abdominal muscles, improves overall muscle strength, helps build flexibility and balance and improves stamina.

Pilates is a total workout in a safe, controlled environment that caters to your body's ability. Suitable for all ages our pilates reformer classes will improve your fitness, strength, balance and posture.

Our Beginners Classes are available, one-on-one half-hour introduction available by appointment.
