About this event
Watch the sun come up every Friday morning from 6:30am, as Jessie and Sarah from Pilates Online take you through a 45 minute beach mat pilates session.
We’ll be located on the beach, on the doorstep of Joes Henley, so you can pop up for your morning coffee or grab some breakfast following the class.
Suitable for all fitness levels - anyone is welcome!
The important bits:
When: every Friday 6:30-7:15am
Where: on the beach in front of Joe's Henley
Bring: mat, drink bottle and towel (optional)
Cost: $10 per ticket
