Description

Pilates is great cross training & low impact tool as the emphasis is focusing on the smaller stabilising muscle groups (mid back, glutes and core).

These smaller muscles are often overlooked, yet are the key factors to improving posture, strengthen and lengthen muscles, enhance body awareness & build an improved base strength to support daily life & strength training.

Building Elite is combining with an expert in the field of Pilates, Kirby Cumming to bring you a 4 WEEK SHORT COURSE to strength all of the important areas & arm you with tools to improve your chosen training. We have recently run a 4 week program with Kirby with phenomenal results in posture, form, strength & awareness of our most important muscle group - the core!


Time - 6:15pm to 7pm Tuesdays
Course Length - 4 weeks, beginning APril 24th

About the instructor:
My name is Kirby and I'm a qualified Pilates Instructor. With a background in Matwork + Reformer Pilates, I have been teaching for 4 years &over time have had exposure to many different clients of all fitness levels.
