About this Event
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and to enhance mental awareness.
Whilst low-impact, this Pilates Class will burn fat during and after class, as your muscles continue to shed calories long after your time on the mat ends. Mat Pilates is an effective, precise set of exercises.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is for community members of George Place only.
This class will be limited to 20 people for social distancing purposes and we will have a hand sanitiser station at the door.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the class in order to complete an online health waiver and COVID-19 form using your mobile phone.
If you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms: coughing, fever, sore throat or difficulty breathing we ask you to please not attend the class.
