Pilates is a mindful form of exercise that teaches you correct movement and body awareness. Sitting all day plays havoc on your body and posture. The 'Pilates for Office Workers' class is a great way to target specific areas of your body to help counterbalance your desk posture, reducing your risk of pain and injury
