Time to clear some space in your home and roll out your mat for a fat burning and muscle toning Virtual Pilates Class.

About this Event

Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and to enhance mental awareness.

Whilst low-impact, this Virtual Pilates Class will burn fat during and after class, as your muscles continue to shed calories long after your time on the mat ends. Mat Pilates is an effective, precise set of exercises.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels. All you need is a spot on the floor!

In preparation for your Virtual Movement Session, we recommend ~

  • Ensure you are wearing comfortable clothing/activewear.
  • Set up a comfortable space, without distraction, that will support you in being present throughout the session. Ensure you have enough space to move freely without bumping into anything (eg a 2m x 2m space) on a flat stable surface would be ideal.
  • To make yourself as comfortable as possible, we recommend using an exercise mat or towel for you to use throughout your workout.
  • Ensure you have a water bottle close by to keep yourself hydrated.
  • Make sure your device (smartphone/tablet/laptop or computer) is connected to a strong internet or mobile service.
  • Turn your mobile phone on silent.
  • Ensure that you let your practitioner know if you have any injuries/ailments so that they can make adjustments to support you.
