Our Picnic Hightea in the Valley is just that! It is a taste of the vintage classic with a boho rustic twist. Enjoy a calming day in the Valley with great food, champagne & company.

With our wonderful MC Brooke Tymms , joining in on all the fun. Make sure you say hi or even challenge her to a game of Croquet 🤗🥂

• Set amongst a picturesque private gardens of the The Raw Space in the beautiful Swan Valley⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• Take in a spot of Garden Croquet & mingle at our Garden Bar with the sounds from the cutest Juke bug you have seen.
• Relax and enjoy the calm surrounds of the Gardens
• Take home some keepsake memories of your day
• Wander and discover the beautiful tranquil gardens and relax under one of the many spotted Garden Gazebos⠀⠀
• Around 11am the Conservatory Doors will open for serving of the Picnic Hightea.⠀⠀⠀
• Guests will be welcomed into the Rustic Boho Styled Hightea Tables to enjoy our 2 tiered Hightea Menu, created together with local small businesses ⠀⠀⠀
• Select from our personally curated tea brews ⠀⠀⠀⠀
• During your Hightea, guests are welcome to help themselves to our Champagne & Mimosas Tables 🍾⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• For the last half hour, guests are invited back into the Gardens to enjoy your last moments relaxing with a refreshing Iced Tea Selection⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

From 5 December 2020, it has become mandatory for all events to maintain contact registers for WA Health Department COVID-19 contact tracing.

We, at Open Tables, are doing our part to make sure we keep every one safe at our events and allow our events to keep going.

Every guest will be required to sign in on their arrival either via the Safe WA App with the QR provided or manually on the paper list provided.

If COVID-19 is detected within the WA community, these contact registers help to protect us all by enabling the WA Health Contact Team to quickly identify and assist anyone that may have been exposed to COVID-19.

Contact register information collected through the SafeWA contact register app is stored securely for at least 28 days and accessed, only if needed, by WA Health contact tracers. This means the data is not stored by the business.

Group Bookings are to be made in one transaction to make sure of confirmed seating arrangements.

Dietary requirements will need to be advised prior to the day of the event. Whilst we endeavor to cater to everyone's requirements, this is a set menu and we ill do our best as we can

Tickets are 100% transferable but not refundable. Any changes must be made prior to 72hrs to the event date, otherwise a cancellation of the full ticket price fee will be charged

This is an 18+ event, identification may be required as check in

Please note that there will be photographers and videographers at the event, the purchase of a ticket is your consent for your image to be taken and used in future marketing media.

We encourage all of our guests to enjoy themselves but of course in reasonable & respectful manner. Any patrons who are disruptive will be asked to leave the event immediately

Open Tables take our Responsible of Service of Alcohol seriously and ask of all our patrons to please drink within reason and always be sure of how or who is driving home as we want you all to get home safely so you can come back again.
