Event description

Description

Phillip Island is famous for its cute Penguin Parade, but there are other sights to explore too!

Your tour will start at 1pm from RMIT Training, we will head 150 km South East of Melbourne to Maru Koala and Animal Park where you can feed kangaroos and get close to other cute Aussie animals. We will then explore Berry Beach and Nobbies Visitor Centre overlooking sea rocks, with seasonal penguin & seal viewing, an Antarctic museum and a cafe.

The 'Penguin Parade' happens after sunset, when we get to witness hundreds of penguins waddle up and down the beach from the sea to their burrows in the dunes. It’s a wonderful sight! Our last stop is for pizza before heading home to the city.

Join Antonia and your RMIT classmates for a fun day out!

Please note, trains and trams will operate 24 hours to allow you to get home from the city.
