Friday Night's POSING WORKSHOP requires you to wear something that YOU feel comfortable in. Bikini's, posing trunks and gym clothes are all acceptable options. Ladies please bring heels if required for your division.

Our posing workshops are independent of any Federation. It will be very different to any other group posing session you may have experienced previously. Our focus will be on selecting appropriate posing variations to suit your frame and help you develop skills to improve through specific drills.

There will be a strong emphasis on polishing your foot work, steadying your pose transitions and teaching the importance of entering/leaving the stage strategically to make the biggest impact.

You will leave us knowing exactly how to express yourself onstage whilst remaining true to your personality and showcasing your physique confidently and effectively.

Saturday's BODYBUILDING WORKSHOP requires you prepare yourself both physically and mentally as there will be both theory and practical components throughout the day. We believe in keeping things simple, avoiding over complicated information and delivering our content honestly and directly.

Our aim is to ensure everyone leaves with useful, easy to implement information to help them improve. Our workshop caters for both seasoned bodybuilders and competitors to the general gym enthusiast. We pride ourselves on accommodating anyone that has a general love for weights, the gym and self-improvement.

We encourage competitors to bring along their friends, family members and partners so that they too can better understand what it truly means to train intelligently.

What should I bring? Is there anything else I need to know?

For the theory component we encourage you to bring a notepad and pen. For the practical component please wear comfortable clothing to exercise in, bring a towel, water bottle and any supplementation you require to push through a tough workout.

If you have injuries that prevent you from exercising you will still benefit from observing our practical session.

We are happy for you to eat during the theory components and encourage you to prepare and bring your own healthy meals. 24/7 Power Fitness have a vending machine stocked with protein bars, drinks and have kindly allowed us use of their microwave.

We will be having 2 group photos. One at the beginning of the day (all looking fresh) and one at the end of the day after the training session.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds will be offered.

If you are unable to attend we are happy for you to organise someone else to attend in your place as long as we have been notified.

Both Justin and I are thrilled to have this opportunity in Perth and couldn't ask for a more welcoming space being 24/7 Power Fitness Bibra Lake to run our event!
