Graduands - 2:30pm arrival for registration, gowning and briefing

Guests - Recommended arrival at 4:00pm

Graduation - The ceremony commences at 4:30pm

Function - Post ceremony function for all graduands and guests runs from 6:00pm - 7:00pm approx

Gowning fee:

Graduands attend the Graduation Ceremony at no charge however there is a cost associated with the hire of the academic dress which is a requirement of graduands attending the ceremony.

Bachelor Students - $80 + booking fee (gown and cap). Also includes 1 FREE Guest.

Advanced Diploma Students - $50 + booking fee (gown only).

Guest Ticket Pricing:

The ticket price for guests is $50 per person plus booking fee. The ticket price for children between the ages of 5-15 years is $25 per person plus booking fee. Children under 5 are free. Booking terms and conditions apply. Tickets are required to gain admission to the venue and include light refreshments after the formal ceremony.

Guest Ticketing and Ceremony Venue Capacity:

Ceremony venues are selected to accommodate the graduating class and a limited number of guests. Every effort is made to make sufficient seating and guest ticketing available. The first round of ticketing allows graduands to purchase up to 4 guest tickets.

Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and there are no guarantees that additional tickets will be released.
