Enjoy free cooking demonstrations from MASTERCHEF and MY KITCHEN RULES Celebrities plus local talent. The main stage has all the latest recipes and cooking ideas for you to try at home! Grab a front row seat, sit back and relax and watch celebrity chefs create their favourite recipes - an interactive cooking show not to be missed!

Enjoy a modern dining experience with a MasterChef favourite, Logie nominee and Channel 10 TV host, Ben Milbourne. With a succulent 6-course degustation menu each paired with a matching wine, this is the menu of the year with the perfect opportunity to get up close and personal to learn all Ben’s secrets in cooking and more.
Taste, sample and learn the appreciation for finer tastes. These FREE classes include wine, cheese, beer, liqueur and cheese classes. With non-stop sessions running throughout the expo, there is definitely something for everyone to indulge.
Cheese Lovers Class in the Appreciation Area
In this 45 minute class, Tanya from The Cheese Maker will share her passion for cheese and cheese making. You will learn about five types of cheese with five cheese tastings, starting from young fresh cheese, washed rind, aged cheddar, and finishing with one of the worlds finest blues. You will learn how to distinguish different cheese types and gain insights into cheese making, buying and serving cheese.
Cheese MAKING Class in the Appreciation Area
When an appreciation class is not enough and you want to be able to create your own fine cheese, this class is for you. Tanya from The Cheese Maker will show you how to make your own delicious cheeses. From classic Chèvre to flavoured ash variations, in this class you will indulge in tastings and learn the secrets to making your own delicious cheeses.
Cocktail Making Class in the Appreciation Area
AHA National Bartender of the Year and current Bacardi Legacy Finalist, Andrew Bennet, presents a masterclass on the modern trend of food as a component in cocktails. In this class, you will learn ideas, tips and techniques of cocktail making by creating 3 cocktails that look great and taste even better!
