We all want to do as much good as we can, but it often feels as though our motivation levels and busy schedules conspire to make it hard to achieve our goals. It's difficult to make the decisions and take the actions that will get us to where we want to go.

Effective Altruism Melbourne and Less Wrong Melbourne have teamed up to bring you an insightful and relevant discussion on personal effectiveness, and how we can make better use of our time and resources to achieve our goals. We will hear several lightning talks about this topic from speakers from the EA and Less Wrong communities, including Chris Watkins, anti-procrastination coach.

We will hear from these speakers over dinner, and there will be plenty of time for discussion throughout the evening. Dinner will be provided - we’d appreciate a $5 donation on the day to help cover the costs.
