Description

Dementia Partnership Project presents Person Centred Pratices - A special workshop with Helen Sanderson

Alzheimer’s WA and the Dementia Partnership Project invites people living with dementia and their families, community care staff, consumer groups and the wider community to join us at this very special event featuring international expert Helen Sanderson (UK).

Helen will introduce key person-centred thinking tools and show how they can be used by community circles and services.

Person-centred practies and community circles are a key component to creating better lives together.

Join us to explore how you can embed person centred practices into the heart of your organisation or community.
