Event description

Description

This workshop is suitable for all who would like to become more sustainable, no matter what size your land may be: growing your own organic food, perhaps raising some animals and leaving a smaller footprint on our earth. This workshop will introduce you to the principles of permaculture and provide examples of how this can be implemented in both urban and rural environments. The word permaculture is derived from two words, permanent and agriculture. It encompasses the harmonious integration of landscapes and people: providing food, energy, shelter and other needs. This workshop is presented by Leo & Leeanne from Constantculture (Geoff Lawton PDC graduates) along with internnational guest presenter Ben Cains (previously worked as Geoff Lawton's Zaytuna farm business manager and permaculture trainer).
