Description

Annual General Meeting – September

Just a reminder that we have our AGM at the start of this evening and will elect the new Leadership Group. At present, Lisa Stephens and Louise Moxom will be standing down from the Committee and, of course, that means we need at least one additional member. So, we encourage you to put your hand up either before or at the AGM to join us. Let me add that being part of the Leadership Group provides you with a great opportunity to improve what ODA does, build another and different network and work with people who have experienced organisation development from its infancy in Australia.

"Re-Constructing Performance Management" facilitated by Dr Anne Hartican

Anne will facilitate this session in which we will look to re-construct performance management drawing on the wisdom and expertise of our participants. Amongst many questions, Anne will ask:

  • What insights / wisdom do we have about performance management?

  • Who wants performance management and why?

  • What outcomes should you expect from performance management?

  • What should its purpose be and what is required to achieve its purpose?

  • How do you design, implement and maintain a PM system?

  • What can make it fail or become irrelevant?

Please join Anne (and ourselves) for what should be an intriguing event.
