Performance Forecasting & Coaching Improvement: Practical Emotional Intelligence for Managers is a one-day workshop designed to the help managers answer the following questions:


  • Am I trying to fit square pegs into round holes? Am I trying to force people roles for which they are not suited.

  • How do I match tasks to my employees? How can I forecast their performance?

  • What are the emotional strengths and weaknesses in my team?

  • How do I harness the strengths and compensate for the weaknesses?

By the end of the seminar participants will significantly enhance their abilities to forecast the performance of their subordinates and developed new coaching techniques to improve their effectiveness and efficiency. The participants will learn a new profiling technique called the 7MTF that analyses people using seven motivational temperament factors. In addition participants will dramatically lift their emotional intelligence. Besides increased empathy and social skills they will also improve their decision-making skills.


The seminar uses three videos and numerous case studies. Besides a 54 page comprehensive workbook, participants also receive a copy of The Humm Handbook: Lifting Your Level of Emotional Intelligence.
