• You – interest in peers and friends and supporting others
• Me – strategies and skills that benefit the individual
• We – flow on effects to school, family and community

- Introduction to the Wheel of Wellbeing
- What are values and how do they relate to our wellbeing?
- What is stress? Ways of preventing and dealing with stress.
- Resources and supports for when stress overcomes our personal strategies.
