Peer Facilitation: Carers Connect Session (Online)

Enjoy the convenience of connecting with others online from the comfort of home.

Facilitated by a lived experience carer who knows what its like, and will help guide these sessions so you feel supported and heard. The Carer Connection Session covers topics that will help support you in your caring role.

The session may include the following:

• Carer check-ins
• Eploring sources of hope during difficult times
• Identifying helpful supports
• Re-connecting with networks and community
• Reflecting on "me time" and how to reclaim it
• Communicating effectively while advocating for ourselves and others
• Finding hope moving forward

This session is carer-led, so as we share and find a need that you would like to discuss together, this is where we go.
