This workshop is part of Professional Development Week. Professional Development Week provides all UC staff with a range of different workshops and information sessions to keep your skills relevant, learn new skills, and ability to participate in the overall direction of UC.
About
The risk management training covers the University's consistent and structured approach to identify, assess and manage significant risks and to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of resources, informed decision-making and organisational resilience.
Risk Management training is available for all staff – the session will focus on:
- What is risk management and why do we do it?
- How do we manage risk?
- Overview of Resilience Management Framework
- What tools do we have to assist us with the process? e.g. Risk Register, Risk Matrix, Risk Appetite Statement
- Practical examples
